RAPAC

REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee—RAPAC

What is RAPAC and its importance to the member, industry, and consumer?

More than 15% of aLL proposed legislation introduced at the Capitol each year affects REALTORS®. That amounts to hundreds of bills each year and possibly costing you thousands of dollars. An investment in RAPAC is like an insurance policy on your business to protect you and your client. It protects and promotes your interests in the various cities, towns, and communities in Arizona. In order to change laws, we have to be proactive and support pro-business and pro REALTOR® lawmakers. RAPAC creates a way to have your voice heard.

RAPAC investors realize the importance of supporting REALTOR® Champion candidates and elected officials so that our ability to own real estate and our own business can continue. As a REALTOR®, you're a guardian and protector of private property rights for your clients, yourself, and your communities. Each time you write a lease or sale contract and represent your client well, you are ensuring the legacy of private property ownership. learn more about RAPAC | learn about RPAC
