Volunteers are the heart of the association. Get involved to help make positive advancements in WeSERV and the real estate industry.

We invite you to share your talents and participate in committees at your association. When you join a WeSERV committee, you're taking action to impact your association and your community. Our committees allow members to enhance the WeSERV experience and continue to elevate our mission to provide services that lead to member prosperity.

Choose committees and networks that are interesting to you. Most committees are association-wide, so you'll have the opportunity to work with members in all of our Chapters. Most meetings are held at WeSERV offices and via Zoom.

Affiliate Committees

Provides WeSERV members with products and services and offers networking and business growth opportunities.

Community Involvement (CIC)

Builds and maintains positive relationships through community involvement and outreach. The Community Involvement Committee looks for ways to impact local communities, emphasizing fundraisers, events, and various drives bringing WeSERV members together.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Engages the association leadership and members in various activities to increase engagement and become examples to associations nationwide. The committee will do this by raising awareness within the WeSERV membership on the importance of a diverse and inclusive association, cultivating diverse leadership, and educating members on the benefits and value of utilizing non-discriminatory practices. Any action taken in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion arena improves WeSERV, its members, and the communities we serve.

Global Business & Alliances Council (GBAC)

Utilizes and expands our global initiatives to become an invaluable resource for our members.

Government Affairs (GAC)

Monitors local legislation and policy. It provides recommended positions per the WeSERV Government Affairs Advocacy Position Statements to public officials, decision-makers, and WeSERV Members. The committee is responsible for interviewing, recommending, and promoting REALTOR® Party local government candidates.

Grievance

The Grievance Committee is the first group to review ethics complaints and arbitration requests. The Grievance Committee makes only such preliminary evaluation as is necessary to make these decisions. While the Grievance Committee has meetings, it does not hold hearings or decide whether members have violated the Code of Ethics.

Marketing Home Tours

Provides a forum to educate the agents on current market trends, property inventory, and topical events of the WeSERV Southeast Valley community.

Member Engagement (MEC)

Strives to identify opportunities to engage members in association events and programs, bring members together to strengthen our WeSERV communities and cultures, and recognize the members for their accomplishments. In addition, the Member Engagement Committee discusses and evaluates WeSERV services, activities, initiatives, and communications to improve the WeSERV experience, deliver membership value, and drive participation within the association and communities we serve.

Professional Development (PDC)

Strives to assist members by collaborating to create and provide the most relevant professional development programs and opportunities that will impact members' lives and careers. The committee discusses and recommends various methods, topics, and instructors for the most professional, well-informed, and successful REALTORS®, brokers, and affiliate members.

REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee (RAPAC)

Brings members together to educate and fundraise for RAPAC and provides members with various opportunities to invest and promote the REALTOR® Party.

Young Professionals Network (YPN)

Identifies, equips, and mobilizes future real estate leaders by developing events and industry initiatives geared toward improving our communities.
