2023 NAR Global Achievement Award Gold

2023 Global Achievement Award

In October 2023, the NAR Global Business Councils Forum announced the 2023 Global Achievement Program winners. Each of the applicants for this program was reviewed by a 12-person NAR staff review team from various teams across NAR to provide a wide range of input and perspective into each of the applications. In addition, the team recognized the hard work being done across the country in the global space by this group of councils.

This year, the NAR Global Achievement Program recognized 42 councils for providing education, tools, resources, networking and outreach opportunities, and awareness for their members and the communities they serve. They are always excited to acknowledge all their hard work and can’t wait to see what 2024 will bring to this space!

WeSERV is honored and excited to receive the Gold Global Achievement Award for our solid level of service and award-winning global outreach, education, and awareness to our global members throughout 2023.

The full list of 2023 Global Achievement Program Winners will be officially revealed at the Global Business Councils Forum on Monday, November 13, 2023, at NAR NXT.

Region XI Local Market Analysis

Globalization is continuing to have a monumental effect on the real estate industry, with impacts that can be felt far beyond large transactions in major markets. Foreign investment in U.S. real estate is occurring in both commercial and residential sectors, in every state, in markets of all sizes, and the perennial increase in these activities tells us it’s much more than a short-term trend. The key to finding global business, even in unexpected areas, begins with adopting a global mindset. In this assessment of local markets, we examine six states—Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming—to help you identify and cultivate global niches.
