WeSERV Santa Cruz County Chapter is becoming an ARMLS® Service Center. As a result, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS®) Participants (Designated Broker) and Subscribers are expected to participate in the ARMLS® Supra eKey program by having your eKey switched to the ARMLS® system.
Please make an appointment and bring your MLS of Southern Arizona (MLSSAZ) lockboxes to the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa on Tuesday, June 22, or Wednesday, June 23. Appointments are 15 minutes. ARMLS® will exchange lockboxes 1-for-1. Bring your phone with the eKey app, and ARMLS® Support will reprogram the ARMLS® code in the app.

If you decide that you want the ARMLS® and MLSSAZ codes on the key, you will be able to auto-cooperate your keys. Let the representative know, and you will receive an email from ARMLS® with a link to sign up for an appointment to complete this process.
ARMLS® will be providing MLS access at no cost through July 31, 2021. You will receive notices of ARMLS® billing procedures beginning at the end of June or the beginning of July. An annual subscription to the ARMLS® is $349 and will provide 365 days of ARMLS® access from the day you pay your ARMLS® fees.
MLSSAZ Participants and Subscribers that do not belong to the ARMLS® will not have access to lockboxes leased from an ARMLS® service center. Participants and Subscribers who only have the MLSSAZ membership may keep the SUPRA eKey obtained from a MLSSAZ service center. In the future, you will need to go through a MLSSAZ Service Center (Green Valley/Sahuarita Association of REALTORS® or the MLS of Southern Arizona) for MLSSAZ SUPRA eKey and MLSSAZ Lockbox services.
